There is perhaps nothing better for lazy people than throwing in something in the oven and then get it back fast and easy. Here are 5 more of those super easy and fast recipes for microwave.  1. 10 Minute Chocolate Pudding:

Take 1/3 cup of sugar, quarter of a cup of good cocoa, 3 tablespoons of corn starch and a pinch of salt and mix all of these thoroughly until it looks consistent and smooth.

Pour in 2 cups of skimmed milk and keep stirring some more. After that, all you need to do is put the bowl in a microwave and stir occasionally. After the initial 5 minutes of microwaving and occasional stirring, you will need to stir more frequently, until the mixture takes on a good shape. Then pour in the mixture onto individual serving dishes and let it chill in a refrigerator. You may also add some vanilla into it to add flavour.

2. Saucy Chicken Mushroom:

Of all recipes for this is a real treat for all you chicken lovers. Take 500 grams of chicken and chop them up in 1 inch small cubes. Keep them aside for the time. Take a large tomato, 12 quartered mushrooms, 3 to 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of butter, a couple of stalks of green onion and cut them into small pieces and put them into a bowl, cover it up and cook it in the microwave for about 4 minutes. Then bring it out and add some honey and dried oregano along with some tomato gravy and cook again on high for 2 more minutes. Your saucy chicken mushroom is now ready to be eaten!

3. Coffee Cup Cake:

Just mix a tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 heaped tablespoons of sour cream and mix it together until you get a nice fluffy mixture. Then add a little vanilla essence according to your taste and stir it until everything mixes well. Add a quarter cup of flour and a pinch of baking powder and then put it in a microwave for a minute. Check whether the cake is properly baked and you are done!
