are Val di Fiemme, Val di Fassa, Valsugana and San Martino di Castrozza.
Val di Fiemme offers the opportunity to visit many real natural paradises, as the Latemar Group and the Natural Park of Paneveggio Pale di S. Martino. The Dolomites bike path runs through the Val di Fiemme, allowing you to ride for about 50 miles, from Molina di Fiemme to Canazei.
Also Val di Fassa offers many possibilities for bicycle enthusiasts. The passable routes are numerous and varied, some more easy and accessible to all, and others more challenging for those who are endowed with a certain physical endurance.
A great variety of trails for mountain biking are also present in the beautiful Valsugana, the region in which the combination of environment and sport reaches its maximum expression. Again there is plenty of choice, ranging from a leisurely tour around Levico and Caldonazzo lake, more suitable for beginners, to the more difficult trip around mountain top Cima d’Asta, ideal for experienced bikers.
San Martino di Castrozza and the valleys of Primiero and Vanoi, are real paradises for bikers, especially in the period between April and October. These areas are particularly rich in all the services that may be useful to bikers: bike shops, bike schools, hotels and facilities equipped for the bikers who choose to spend a mountain bike holiday in the Dolomites.
