Mercedes-Benz S Class Fest '14

This is not to be missed. Bring your Mercedes-Benz - whether old or new - whether S Class or not - to the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon, Warwickshire on Sunday 20th July and join in the fun.

The Mercedes-Benz Club have their own Arena booked directly in front of one of the premier classic car venues in the UK. Everyone entering will receive an exclusive S Class Fest '14 Car Rally Plate.

There will be prizes for the best cars as decided by the Club’s S Class Model Register Captains and also for Best in Show.

Eric Richardson, a Club Member and professional photographer/journalist has kindly offered to stage his very popular Car Portrait Shoot. For a nominal £5 for a car shot, or £10 for a second showing car and driver, (Club's Help for Heroes Charity) Eric will produce images of your car better than any you have seen before. Entry forms will soon be available for this on line, or there on the day. Who knows, he may even end up asking you if you would like to be featured in one of the magazines he writes for.

There will be other attractions to enjoy as well. Mercedes-Benz of Coventry have kindly agreed to send along an example of the latest W222 S Class and more.

Mercedes-Benz World are staging an S Class Experience featuring a W222 S350 LWB and an E 63 AMG S for you to enjoy to the full.

Gaydon has been carefully selected to allow as many Members (and non-Members) to participate as possible, being centrally located. It is hoped to have a selection of Mercedes-Benz models on display including W116, W126, W140, W220, W221 and W222.

Colin Skyrme the Event Organiser confirms receipt of entries from the Regions in Ireland, North West, North, Midlands as well as the South, South East and London. So if you would like to join fellow Mercedes S Class enthusiasts for the Day, here is what you do:

Please return completed application forms, with your cheque made payable to Mercedes-Benz Club Ltd, to Catherine Barlow, Club Administrator, PO Box 284, Stamford, PE9 9BY. Entry costs are Members £15 per car (unlimited occupants) or £20 for non-members. Entrance to the Museum itself available at a very attractive discounted price of just £6.50 per person instead of the usual £12 adult ticket.
