Matilda The Musical in Cambridge Theatre

The Royal Shakespeare Company's world premiere production of Matilda The Musical has captured the imagination of young and old alike and continues to play to packed houses at London's Cambridge Theatre.

Inspired by the twisted genius of Roald Dahl, with original songs from comedian Tim Minchin and book by Dennis Kelly, Matilda the Musical is the captivating musical masterpiece from the Royal Shakespeare Company that revels in the anarchy of childhood, the power of imagination and the inspiring story of a girl who dares to change her destiny.

Winner of a record-breaking seven Olivier Awards in 2012, the show has won 47 international awards since its opening in November 2011 when it received 5-star reviews across the board.
Make sure you secure your seats for the Matilda Gala performance on the evening of November 4th 2014. At least 50% of the proceeds from this performance will benefit the BBC Children in Need Appeal, and its work with disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
