New Brunswick is the largest coastal province of Canada. There are eight cities situated here where you can enjoy a wide range of tourist attractions. Among them you can find an exceptional casino, which you will find in a modern hotel in Moncton. Near Dieppe you can find the vibrant Crystal Palace Amusement Park, and along the way do not forget to stop by the Bay of Fundy. Why? Only here can you walk along the seashore, while enjoying the world's highest waves.
And that's not all that New Brunswick offers you! If you are thirsty for close encounters with nature, you absolutely must go for the 90 minute ferry ride, during which you can admire the unique waterfront and ... see a whale!
You can also enjoy the beauty of nature at Dream Dome Camping in the Kingston Peninsula. There you can escape from everyday troubles, while in the luxury of normal apartment. A stove is at your disposal there on colder days, and there is even a barbecue and a Jacuzzi for two.
And what if you do not particularly fancy being so close to nature? No problem - the enormity of monuments, museums and organized festivals here will ensure that you will be having great fun. Only this year, will you be able to take part in special ceremonies organized on the Days of Canada; the Irish Festival on the Miramichi, the Schediac Lobster Festival, La Foure Miramichi or the Brayonne Folksong Festival.
You must stop by St.Andrews and see The Algonquin Resort and Algonguin Golf Course. While you’re there, try some taste bud tantalising beer from breweries such as: Picaroons Traditional Ales, Pumphouse Brewery and Big Tide Brewing. With the beer, we suggest you try the poutine râpée. This delicacy is served by the locals on special occasions.
New Brunswick will host the World Acadian Congress, which will be held from 8-24 August 2014. The World Acadian Congress is a celebration of culture and has been held every five years since 1994.
