Surprise your other half with Velveeta!
Firstly, we will give you the recipe for the Enchilada Baka. The ingredients include:
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1-1/4 cups cubed Velveeta ® (1/2-inch cubes), divided
6 corn tortillas (6 inch), cut in half
1 can (10 oz.) RO * TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Preparation Method:
Set your oven to 350 °F. During the wait, fry the minced meat in the frying pan, until it is brown. Drain the excess fat and then mix it with the soup and a glass of Velveeta.
Next, make sure you grease the casserole dish (preferably square dish, with 8’’ sides), pour 1/3 of the meat mixture, then put 6 tortilla halves on the top of it and lastly, put ¼ cup of canned tomatoes on the top of it. All you have to do to now is apply the same layers until your run of the ingredients.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Now, have a look at the simple recipe for Macaroni & Cheese. The ingredients for this meal include the following:
¼ cup butter or margarine, divided
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
½ lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta ®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
½ cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
How do you prepare it?
Set your oven to 350 ° F. During the wait, melt the butter in a saucepan , add the flour and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly until a you get a steady mass.
Then, add the milk and bring it all to boil. Cook it for about 3 to 5 minutes, and occasionally give it a stir. When the whole becomes steady, add the Velveeta cheese and cook it for another 3 minutes, until it dissolves in the mixture.
The next thing you need to do is add the cooked pasta (in richer version- with the addition of Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits) and mix thoroughly. Then, reload the mixture to greased ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the top with Kraft’s Shredded Cheddar and crushed Ritz crackers then pour a little bit of melted butter over the top of it. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
