Healthy eating with fast food?

The data from the WHO is staggering - more and more people in developed countries suffer from obesity. The main reason for this is their pace of life and what is linked to it - eating junk food. That is why the Subway network has decided to launch a campaign called "Commit To Fit", which aims to promote healthy eating.

"Commit To Fit" is the individual responsibility of each of us to take on a healthy and active lifestyle. But of course, all this is only to the extent to which we can afford it. It's all about choosing the right fitness program, developing ways to cope with stress and working on a nutritional plan. "Commit To Fit" is also a commitment from Subway’s end to provide its customers with healthy, wholesome and properly composed sandwiches, so that even when you’re living life on the run you don’t need to break your habits. But that's not all - Subway also provides you with a NutriMeter which allows you to automatically and immediately calculate the nutritional value of each of your individual Subway sandwiches.
